I haven't been able to access my comcast email in over a month.. Comcast sure wants their payments on time but I can't get into my email once I make a payment to check whether I got a confirmation on that payment... I'm sick and tired of Comcast! Satellite is looking better all the time.. I've done all I can do on this end and it's not me... I don't dare call comcast to complain because the one time I was without cable and internet for a week, they kept me on my cell phone for 4 hrs.. first to one extention to another until I was back where I started from and come to find out it was their mistake... how frustrating comcast is...I've been with them 20yrs. and get treated like a third class client!! I'M SICK OF COMCAST!! I WANT INTO MY MAIL, I'M TIRED OF WATCHING THE DOTS GO AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
