I plan on using the form to complain AND call and register a complaint as well. For those who are considering cancelling their service, ask for a retention specialist and they will listen to you better than the regular customer service. My wife did this earlier this year when she had some issues with her mother's account, i.e. raised her bill. However it probably won't get the same results but it is worth trying. We need to let Comcast know how much we like Weatherscan and don't want to have it taken away. Bring back Weatherscan!

I am also very upset that Comcast arbitrarily decided to remove the Weatherscan service. I appreciated the pollen count and watering index here in Northern Utah. I checked the channel almost every day, as it sounds like others did too. How can they say it is a low interest channel? Just because we don't watch it for hours on end doesn't mean it didn't have value to us. Look at how many people are complaining and what does Comcast do? Put up an automated message on their customer service line telling the channel has gone away now go away and don't bother us??? To the employee who responded in this forum, it is very insulting to talk down to us like you know what is better service for us..i.e. how you can charge more while providing us less programming. The alternatives they refer to are inferior and practically useless. We need to keep telling them we want Weatherscan back!!
