So my bill, like everyone that has Comcast or Xfinity or whatever they’re calling themselves, has gotten to the point of absolute absurdity. I’ve had this service for the better part of a decade (give or take a year or two). Every year my bill magically sky rockets outta nowhere and I’m left having to call over and over and over and over and over again until I get a “Customer Care Rep” that will actually attempt to help. Most of the time I only hear “ Those deals are only available for new customers”. Yet the funny thing is if you call enough you actually get a human being that’ll do something to help instead of a sub demon that just tells you in technical terms that you’re outta luck buddy sorry bout your luck. At least three times in the last decade I’ve had someone reduce my bill by giving me a new plan so I know for a fact it is actually possible the problem is they only do it if in the long run (after contract) I’ll eventually pay more than I am complaining about. My bill started some time ago at about 120-140 a month. Now it’s just under $300.00.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Not to mention at this piont my “top of the line” package is ten times more expensive than offers that give you Internet speeds almost twice what I have now. Why am I paying premium prices for sub par service. Not to mention several times in the past I’ve been charged for equipment I never either had, wanted or even heard of or being charged for old equipment that was picked up by the technician when they came to fix a broken unit.... why!?!?! I just want to be able to pay my bill without breaking the bank. I don’t even have a DVR!!!! And I pay $300 a month for two tv unit that don’t record and internet speed up to 100mbs........ wow...just wow. Please please please someone help me get this nightmare under control somehow. The only thing that doesn’t bother me is that the actual service I pay for work just fine very rarely a problem other than the insanely increasing cost with no actual realistic reason other than they just feel like it.... help....please...prove to me that you guys have the customer service you claim to have.
