I have box XG1A! I have had a tech here and I have talked to 13 different people at Comcast, also 3 at HBOMAX! I somehow got charged $25 for XFi unlimited, that I don't want! Also I still don't have access to HBOMAX although I have been paying for it! I added it to my Amazon account, it allows me to sign on to the HBOMAX app without problems. Not on my TV. Seriously I don't think I can try to fix this many more times before I cancel my service!!!!

U would like to know the same thing?? I have talked to 13 people, had a tech here and spoke to HBO? No one can help me. But here's the thing, they all act like it is the first time someone had this issue??

Hi @gt87tucker, We appreciate you for using the Xfinity Forum to find a resolution for the recent recording issue you've experienced. We were able to confirm this issue is now resolved. If you still have issues, we ask that you unplug your cable box for one minute, then plug it back in.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I do know how to toggle the way you suggested and had tried every way available. It was definitely an issue with Comcast, because it kept going off by itself. It was maddening. One of the software updates fixed it! Thx
