I just had my X1 install this week. Issues with recording were observed so we tried a 2nd x1 DVR but went back to the original as the 2nd didn't even show a picture after setup. Similar problems with the satellite. Now I can watch and record no issues. But..... The web page where you set up the pins has 2 family room and 2 master bedroom boxes. I only have one each. The Comcast.net website does not find my DVR. The x1 remote app doesn't find any x1 boxes. In the sports app I have no prompt to set up team favorites. Something seems to be amiss with how my account is provisioned. Please help!
