Unfortunately, you are mistaken. I can no longer manage the secondary users from my primary account. In fact, I was notified by technical support that if I forget the password for any of the secondary users I will not be able to reset them. EVER.
Comcast Technical Support was not able to move the secondary users to the new account specifically because the primary account is linked and it gives them an error message. Basically, because the primary account is linked, the system thinks the secondary accounts are linked as well, and it won't allow them to be moved or linked. However, when I go into the primary account, there are no secondary accounts showing.
I absolutely need a Comcast employee to tell me how to unlink the primary so I can then move all the users (primary and secondary) to the new account.

I just transferred service from an old address to a new one. Instead of transferring the email accounts, they had me create a new user for the new account and link the primary email to the new (and old) account. Now, after being on the phone with Comcast Technical Support for several hours, I find that they are unable to transfer the secondary users because the primary user is linked between accounts. They tell me I need the primary user unlinked from the old account and the secondary users transferred to the new account, but that they are unable to do this. Technical Support told me to contact the Comcast experts here.
