We switched to Comcast from Uverrse last week. With Uverse, all three of out tvs worked well. The tech came with a new X1 system. The main DVD and one of the secondary cable boxes work well. On the third tv, we are getting a picture Only on about half the tv. We had a tech come out to replace the box, but the same thing happened. The tech believes it is a tv issue. Our Xbox works fine, as did Uverse. My thought is to switch out for an older system to see if it is the newer technology at fault, but Comcast cannot figure out how to send this particular messages to the tech. Has anyone else had compatibility issues with their tvs? Any ideas would be great.
