We are having the same issue now after having a DVR box swapped out for a non DVR box because any room DVR finally became available. The on demand is working for the other 2 boxes we have that were original installs from the X1 platform. Been trying to trouble shoot with customer service who checked the entitlements (after I mentioned they might be an issue while reading this forum while on the phone). They were all red for this new box but she did something that made them green (like the other boxes were already showing). It's been escalated to tier 2 but its super frustrating since we had similar issues with the original install of the X1 that took multiple calls to resolve. Any suggestions???
