On the Xfinity Stream webpage, I cannot see my recordings or my scheduled recordings. I accessed them earlier today but now they have disappeared. What's going on here? I should see "Recordings", "Scheduled Recordings" under that, then "Favorites" and "Purchases". Has Comcast decided to make their website even less functional and useful??
Additional observation - I can access both my recordings and my scheduled recordings on my phone, but this is less than useful. I am looking to access them on my laptop. Why can't I??
Problem solved (with no help from Comcast). I found that I could also see my recordings using Firefox. So I just went ahead and cleared my Chrome cache and all cookies from Xfinity and Comcast, figuring that something in Chrome was blocking what I could see in another browser and on my phone.
