The new X1 from xfinity completely fried 2 of my flat screen tv's. Comcast/Xfinity came to my new home my wife, me, and my three Son,s just moved into yesterday. They started setting up service and when they plugged the HDMI cable into the back of my big flat screen tv smoke started bellowing out from everywhere while sparks came out the back and a loud shotgun like sound repeatedly came from the TV untill a Comcast/Xfinity specialist slap the power cord that went to the TV strait out of my brand new wall. Then he set up the next X1 box for me to connect to my other flat screen TV because he said "I feel bad and don't wanna blow another one of your TV's". I asked him to watch me while I connect it so I have proof it was the X1 and not me he agreed. When I connected the X1 the HDMI cable flew out from the back and elapse my other brand new wall. Smoke pour out in a big mushroom like cloud and made the same loud shotgun like sound over and over again. The plugs in my home were checked by Comcast/Xfinity specialist and they said my plugs are fine and that it was the X1 boxes that destroyed both of my flat screens. Now I'm in my new home with my wife and three kids with nothing. They told me I'm out of luck untill a week from now. I have three children and two of them need TVs. I am dissatisfied and disgusted with the way I have been treated by Comcast/Xfinity. I want a number to headquarters or a number to where I can reach or contact the CEO or president of Comcast® If no one can provide me with what I ask for I will take further action.
