Word of advice to those seeking the new X1 Platform. Be sure your installer checks to make sure that the DVR box is communicating with the other boxes in the house. Ours did not and also linked our DVR box to another account! Now we have to have the installer come back and switch out the box so the proper account can be linked to the new box. I gave our installer a $20 tip thinking what a great job he did...wish I had it back. We've spent literally hours on the phone with Comcast trying to get this figured out. Let's hope it works when the new box is installed. Time to reschedule all those shows again! Sure hope we get a credit!!!
