I have complained about this particular problem for weeks and nothing has been done. I bought "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: Extended Version" for my digital library and the streaming does NOT work on my TV, tablet, phone, etc. I've called about the problem several times and it still is not fixed. Am more than a bit peeved that I paid for a movie that I cannot watch. Does that sound fair to you? Of course not. When I call to complain I'm treated as if the problem is somehow on my end when it's a problem on Comcast/Xfinity's end. What does it take for Comcast/Xfinity to realize they have a problem that needs to be fixed? And, yes, I'm a Harry Potter fan and I want my movie. Now.
