My last bill had new charges for extra outlets and when I called to question this I got 3 different reasons from 3 different people. First person said that because the new charge was listed on the previous bill as being a new charge, that it is valid. Second person said we get new channels for the charge and that Comcast changed from Analog to Digital. Finally the third person apologized and simply stated that They did change to Digital but the customer actually got nothing from this new charge. The company upgraded and found some way to charge the customer more. I feel that they just create ways to have us pay more and more. How does charging for the outlets that I have had for many years reflect the change to Digital? Why do the customers have to pay for this change, especially when we did not request that and get nothing in return. I will also add that they offered me 3 months of HBO for free but I still am very upset by these antics from Comcast.
