There are several live radio stations in Seattle (KING, KUOW, KEXP) that do not show up in a search in the X1 iHeartRadio app. They do show up on the iHeartRadio website, and on the iHeartRadio app on my Samsung TV. If I add them to my saved stations on the website or in the Samsung app, they do show up on my saved stations on X1, but with generic icons, and attempting to play them goes through the motions but there is no sound.
There are several other Seattle stations that do show up on the X1 and play fine. Looking up the stations that work and those that do not, it appears that all the ones that work are actually owned by iHeartMedia, and the ones that do not work are not so owned.
It's very annoying that the X1 version of the iHeartRadio app is apparently limited to only playing iHeartMedia stations, when the app on the Samsung TV does not suffer from this limitation.
If Comcast is responsible for this app on the X1, please improve it so that it is fully compatible with iHeartRadio. If iHeartMedia wrote this app, please get on their case about providing Comcast with an inferior version compared to the one provided to Samsung.

My May bill in Kitsap County, WA included a notice that " Beginning June 17, 2019, FM Radio will no longer be available in Limited Basic".
I'm on Digital Preferred, but FM radio went away for me, too, on the 17th.
If this was a mistake, please fix it.
If this was intentional, please give more useful notices in the future. Since it is quite normal for channels to be available in higher tiers that are not offered in lower tiers (indeed, that is the point of having tiers!), most reasonable people would interpret "no longer be available in Limited Basic" as simply meaning you are moving the tier boundary at which FM is avaiable up one step, not that it is going away from Limited Basic and all tiers above that.
