I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. I pay my monthly Comcast subscription - and my HBO subscription. I can access HBOGO on my computer and my iPhone - so why not through a Roku? The technical setup is clearly not an issue as multiple networks support is, which means Comcast has actively decided to inconvenience their paying customers. I'd like to know what justification Comcast has for preventing paying customers from accessing content they pay for. My Roku is hooked up to my Comcast internet for goodness sake. It took me 20 minutes of talking to two different people on the phone to find out that Comcast didn't allow the access - if you're going to actively inconvenience your paying customers, at least inform your customer service personel. I log this message because I understand that Comcast is unlikely to do anything unless enough customers complain. So here is me - complaining!
