I have been battling the problem of my (PIA) VPN being blocked on the SMTP server. Earlier I was able to get the IP address(es) unblocked, but only after letters to Comcast's VP of Customer Experience. Recently the adresses are being blocked again. I will not burden you with the experience of trying to get the problem solved through regular and esclated customer support. Suffice it to say that the problem persists. How can I get the IP address(es) unblocked. Having to disconnect from VPN when sending email totally defeats its purpose.
