I have had pathetic service with this system. Have to use the comcast provided modem which craps out and have had replaced with no effect. Service essentially has rendered my internet not usable from time to time. Had great internet previously with my store purchased motorolla modem. Everytime I call for support they want to transfer you to their BS support hotline in India for paid support. I'll probably just bite the bullet and cancel the whole dame thing. Only time I ever got a reponse out of anyone was when I began cancelation process. I would say go elsewhere and avoid like the plauge.
