I am the director of an answering service. We send messages that we take by email to our clients. For the past few weeks are emails that are auto-generated to our clients have been blocked by the Xfinity servers. They are not bouncing back and they are not going to our clients spam folders. We have confirmed they are being sent successfully from our server. We have a large number of clients who use comcast email addresses and this is getting to be a serious problem. I spoke with someone who stated the issue was fixed. It was fixed for 24 hrs and then the issues began again. This needs to be addressed as it is affecting both our business as well as our Clients.
