i also lost the spike channel and it was one of my favorite channels. i talked to 3 people at comcast so far and nothing is being done. it seems to me that existing customers that already have that channel should be grandfathered in. when you make an agreement with a company they should stick to it. what is next i wonder. this is very bad business to be sure. they want to charge me $9.99 for a channel i have had seen i started with comcast. i assume that customer serviice is no longer a priority.
