Recently, I have had a few family members that have Sprint Wireless, unable to call my Xfinity landline.
Previously, their numbers would show up as "Unavailable" on the caller ID.
Now, the call is not coming through and they are getting an error message.
Is this someting that can be rectified on my end or is it a Sprint problem.
As a former telecom engineer, trouble reporting/shooting always began at the originating end.
