I called around August 13th, spoke to Comcast representative- that my home flooded, had to be relocated by insurance company, can not use service in my home. As late as this week, spoke with billing representative, who couldn't completed due to he said, comcast computer shut down, not allowing to assist me. This is the 4th time- same answer per billing- so I continued monthly payments, with each representative not calling back to service my concerns. Each representative let me know, my attempts to not pay since beginning monthly charge stated is on my record. Please know I should have credit from August 10th thru December 3, 2018.
