I tried to migrate my email account to IMAP and got an immediate response that the migration was complete. I've tried to add this account using the Comcast IMAP settings and have gotten an error on each device. Is there a way to check that the account is in fact IMAP protocol? I did this with my wife's account months ago after she got a Windows 8 laptop and everything went as expectedincluding an email a few days later confirming the migration. I've never received an email.
