I am experiencing the same issue. I am a T-mobile customer who just upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the S9. I had no trouble with my S4. However, with the S9 I have the red dot. It remains red until I turn off WIFI. It then turns green and will remain green when I turn WIFI back on. At some point it reverts to red again. It is sporadic and intermittent and I cannot figure out when or why it changes back to red. I have tried changing the data saver setting and it does not work for me. I must continually check the app to see if I am red or green. This is very frustrating. Also, I have a friend who just upgraded from the S6 to the S9 and is having the same problem with with Voice2go on his phone. He is also T-Mobile. Are there any other solutions I can try? Thanks!
