Same issue here, would get up to 45% & either restart or back to showing programming for a few minutes & then repeate the cycle.
Replaced 2 boxes at the Xfinity store, the 2 replacement boxes are having the same issue but go back & forth between the 800 and 222 code for service interuption (may brifely flash channel 14).
We also have 2 X1 boxes & they are not having any issues. Service is coming in 4 days to replace these with X1 boxes anyway. Hopefully they work better or maybe I am having signal issues again due to squirrls chewing the line or other equipment failiures somewhere else in the Xfinity line between me & ... Last time that was the issue it tooks months to get corrected.
