No, I have nothing resolved. Comcast just wants to force people into the extra $50 for unlimited data.
They said I went over in September, which is a quandry since I was doing nothing big at all, ie.,,no streaming, downloaded 2 very low end computer games and watched regular cable tv so their calculations are not correct.
They seem to think they are correct in the data usage numbers, but it is impossible I used that much.
Apparently, Comcast does not value long time customers(I've been with them since 1980), just want to give new customers a deal. Now Century Link is coming in to my area with Fiber Optic internet, no silly contract and unlimited data.
Guess I will be checking with them very soon.

Suddenly comcast is saying I have tripled my data usage and gone over the 1tb limit in both Jan and Feb.
This can't be correct as my habits and equipment have not changed! Not only that, I was out of town for 2 weeks in January 2019 and not using any data at all. In Feb., the other household member who uses my internet conection was out of town for a full week.
I have never had a problem before and truthfully believe your data meter is wrong, especially for this to happen so quickly when I have done nothing different.
Supposedly, you have "given" me 2 months free of overage charges, and now want me to pay you another $50 for unlimited....that is ridiculous since I supposedly had unlimited anyways and truthfully think that you should treat 30yr loyal customers a bit better.
