Hello community,
Over the past several days, I noticed drastically reduced internet speeds: mid-30's mbps. I'm on the 400 speed tier, and could reliably reach 300+ mbps on hard wired devices. I use a personal Netgear C7100V. Under normal setup, the connection routes through a splitter and a wall outlet to the modem, everything with compression fittings.
Decided today to take a harder look and noticed that the DS/US light was blinking on the device. I took all of the following steps:
1. Rebooted device. Result: Speed still slow, DS/US still blinks.
2. Checked all the connections, nothing was loose.
3. Moved the modem and connected it directly to the coax line coming into the house. Waited for the modem to fully boot. Also connected my laptop via hardwire to the modem. Result: Speed still low, DS/US still blinks
4. Did a full factory reboot on the device, still directly connected. Result: No change.
Logged into the modem, and I see the following:

Knowing nothing much about how to judge this, it's obvious there's an issue on channel 15 and the power starts sliding on channel 11.
I haven't spoken to Comcast yet, nor had a tech out. I moved into this house in August, at when the tech came out at that time to setup the service, he did note some signal issues. However, I haven't seen a problem since moving in.
That the issue occurs even when directly connected to the line into the house makes me think that the problem might be exterior, but wanted to get a community take before calling support and/or chasing my tail any further.
