I like what I currently have for a bundle, but rates increased again and every time I go to rebundle I have to call retention in order to get things back in order with the same price as before. Is there any other way of getting my monthly bill back to the promotional rate or do I have to call and ask for the retention department?
Been going through this for over a decade now and getting tired of it. Why do I have to call every 1-2 years to get my promotional rate. This does not make me feel like a valued customer at all.
I got a great offer for fibre optics from a competitor and seriously thinking of leaving Comcast due to this hassle.

I always have the same problem every 1 to 2 years. They never give a warning the month before and "boom" the price jumps up. Been a customer since 1993 and comcast could care less. I used to be able to use these forums and customer service lines but they don't have authority to give discounts like they used to. They only tell you the current promotions and you just get the runaround and you end up wasting your time. I found this out the hard way and they should pay me for all the wasted time I ended up using for "NOTHING".
I guess the only chance nowadays is to call the "retention" department and hope you get someone who actually is willing to help you.
