Recently, some sort of glitch has been occuring with my Xfinity Connect app that causes an error message to pop up every other time I open it. The error in question reads, "Trying to access your Voice features? You need you to set your PIN and security question. ". I am touching nothing on the app after the initial tap of the icon on the home screen to open it when this error appears, therefore nothing to reasonably make the app assume I am trying to access Voice features.
My Connect app is currently up to date, and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. My phone is an iPhone 5c with iOS 10.3.3, which is the current operating system, at least according to my Settings app.
