I watch TV in the evening almost exclusively on my computer through the Xfinity streaming site. A month or so ago I started seeing that stations that we have subscribed to for years are showing that I have to pay for watch it. For instance, AMC. I can watch Killing Eve throught the app, but not The Walking Dead. What is going on with this site? UGH

I just went to the my account page, selected tv and am getting a "we're having trouble finding a signal" message. Even though the tv is working fine, this could be part of the issue. Will reboot the X1 and see what happens.

Thank you for responding. We do have an X1 box, but this problem is on my computer when trying to view Xfinity stream. I don't use a VPN and we've had the same modem for about three years. I've been using the xfinity website for years to watch shows and never had this happen before.

On Xfinity Stream, I can't access shows that I pay for as part of my TV package. Many of the shows have the money symbol on the right side and when I click on the program, it asks if I want to subscribe. I'm signed into my account, so it's not that. Does anyone else have this issue?

We have a XR15 Remote for our X1 cablebox and we don't care for it at all. The buttons are so tiny that it's very difficult for older people to use. If we took this remote into the Comcast office, would we be able to trade it in for the XR11? It's quite a drive to go there, but it would certainly be worth it. Thank you for your time.
