I am in Santa Fe NM.
I have 4 X1 boxes and they work just fine.
I also have an HD-DTA box in my studio. For about a month now there is NO AUDIO on local broadcast affilate programming and a sound like an old movie projector running on NBC and its affiliates 24 hours a day. I have rebooted many times to no avail. It is now virtually impossible to contact Comcast tech support directly. Their customer service is non-existent. Have you ever tried that "an agent will contact you" link? Everytime I try "there is a problem. Try again" message appears.
Does anyone know what the problem is with the HD-DTA connection now?
(I would get a 5th X1 Box but 4 is the limit for my location.) Thanks!
