I changed my plan a few days ago due to the promo period ending and my price going up substantially. I asked for the same plan and I was NOT told I would no longer receive ID, Tru TV, or WE when the change was made. Apparently my plan was grandfathered in so that's why I had those channels before the change. Now after 4 chats/calls taking 4 hours with Comcast I was told they can't do anything about it. I wanted to go back to my old plan since I was given incorrect information from the agent, but I was told it doesn't matter who is at fault, I cannot go back to my previous plan. I don't understand a company that can't or won't fix their own mistakes. I am looking for a different provider even though I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years!!!
