Box 1 has no signal. I have reset it twice an no response. I have checked all connections, settings, and battery in the remote. I unplugged t box waited and then replugged it. It is still green, but no signal shows on the tv. I placed a phone call yesterday afternoon and requested a return call rather than staying on the line. No response there either.
I have been trying to speak with a representative for weeks. The remote needs to be reprogramed and the last time this happened it took about and hour and a half to find the correct code. None of the codes receive on line worked. Needless to say I am frustrated running in circles with the audio loop and on line.
