Hello, I was charged from April to September for internet and cable, but I haven’t had service. I had three people come out during that time and spent many hours on the phone getting no where because that’s how your business is built. Each time I spoke to customer service during that time, they said my account will be reimbursed for all of those months plus the $20 because the tech was late. Now that my internet is fixed, you won’t reimburse my account. This is not okay. I need to talk to someone that can fix this and help me.
