Yes it's that way with both of my boxes. I have a tech coming on SUNDAY? to repair the issue. I also spent most of one evening with their very professional and courteous people to no avail. We'll see if it work correctly after SUNDAY? It's a mess and we are their test mice.... We are the test for them for correction of a system that was not ready to be launched. My question is why we are paying for it. I think they should give us a stipend for our timeless hours and efforts to help them!
