Comcast operates like the Do Not Call program. Neither work to our satisfaction. The Do Not Call program is a waste of taxpayer money. Comcast makes millions and millions from it's user subscribers and they fail to listen to anyones pleas for customer service. We all hate being treated poorly by a over grown company like Comcast. They expect you to jump through hoops to contact them . Nobody wants to wait and wait and dial a dozen numbers and get a list of menu options to try and reach someone. All we can do is seek out a different company to handle our needs. Comcast has already reduced the number of channels I can watch but still charge me the same amount. They are mighty arrogant and ungrateful of our patronage. As soon as another service is available we are done with Comcast. I guess they don't need our $180 a month. It's as high as a morgage payment.
