Ken, I am really frustrated at the answer being provided. If Comcast had been upfront that it was not possible to download purchased content to ANY device then we would npot have bought moviesd from Comcast but rather bought the DVD's froma retail location for the same price.
This is not what is suggessted by your content at ALL.. Very misleading.
Addionally, when speaking with Customer Service, just now, she stated that if I apply a filter during Browse for content available "on the go" or translated to Download to device, it will restrict the content. So, Tuesday I bought Angel Fallen. It appears in the filtered search, but there is NO opition to download. This is WRONG! I am mislead, deceived and spent hundreds on movies with Comcast that I can't take along on the road.
When I confronted her/Comcast's lies, she hung up on me. Just perfect.
Wish I knew. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how much BS this is.
