I do not have the option to manage this myself, it doesn't show up in my management screen. I suspect this is because I have two modems listed on my internet equipment page, an older TM602G and the newer TG862G. I only have the 862G and returned the older one a long time ago when the new one suddenly showed up on my doorstep as an "upgrade". Could you possibly look into removing this old equipment off my screen and then seeing if my hotspot can be disabled as well? Thank you!
