I turned in a RNG 200 box because it wasn't working properly and the remote control was sticking. I went to the local Xfinity Store and they gave me a new X1 box which is working fine.. They told me my bill would not change with the upgrade. However when I looked at the new bill I noticed it was $40 higher than before. I went back to the store and they advised me that I had been on a legacy bundle with the old box which was no longer valid since I changed boxes. This was very upsetting as they didn't advise me of this until after the fact. I would like to ask anyone who can respond to check if any other promos are available as I feel this is not the way to treat customers.
