I am having issues on multiple platforms (iPhone 7, iPad Air 2, as well as on our laptop.) I attempt to open xfinity connect and it takes minutes for the app to finally open. In the case of the iPhone and iPad, it may simply stall. I can sweep close the app, but when I return, it is still stalled. I have to leave it to load (and many times the emails will not update, nor will they by synced to the latest time viewed) and then I can finally log out. it stinks.
