Though I never lost power, I lost my Xfinity service (phone, cable, internet), at 11:00 on 9/11/17. As of 9:15 on 9/13/17, my Xfinity service has yet to be restored. Customers should receive more detailed updates regarding restoration of service, and our bills should be adjusted. Plenty of neighbors and businesses around me that are with other cable/internet providers have already had their services restored. Please provide a detailed update. Thank you.
