I logged in on 2/10 and had 252k of emails I logged in on 2/11 and my emails only in my inbox were gone they weren't in the trash, nor in the dumpster that Comcast uses for recovery Everything that I deemed important over the las 13-14 years was in my e-mail I never in my wildest dreams thought that there would be no option to retrieve all of my e-mails if some server failed. Comcast needs to be held resposible for their false sense of security Customers should know they really dont have 10gb of storage for emails in the event a catastrophe happens I have maded at least 10 different calls to Comcast Security over the last week with no resolution. I am completely distraught I wish there was a back up button on the site or the ability to set up to back up to my computer without having to purchase another software It is unfair when I spend a $130 a month on cra# internet and tv service for this to happen. Where is Xfinity on the support for issues like this?
