I would try and get a tech out to look at your equipment outside the house, where your signal is coming in, and make sure that is all functioning properly. This ended up being our issue.

I know, our cell phone service is a spotty, so makes us a little nervous... The phones still worked so kept the police and fire non-911 numbers handy... Everything back to normal this morning.
