I downloaded the Xfinity TV app to my Roku TV this evening. After Step 5 of the activation process I'm receiving the following error screen.
I am on my home Xfinity WiFi network. I have opened a support case (CR6756169xx) and I'm being told that it will take between 48 to 72 hours to be contacted to solve this issue. I would hope your application support team will prioritize activation issues your customers are having with this application and contact me prior to 72 hours from now.
