The first information on the website failed to note that you must call Xfinity and ask to have international roaming activated. It simply said to turn on international roaming on the phone and you would be all set. It's not until you dig deeper into the website, in what appears be FAQ's, that it mentions the need to call to have international roaming activated. Comcast must update the website to clear this up. We found this out the hard way when we got a call from our 20 year old daughter lost in London and in tears because she couldn't access the info to get into her Airbnb and had to walk a mile until she found a wifi she could log onto to contact us for help. Heartbreaking and infuriating at the same time. Please clarify the instructions for activating international roaming on the website so this never happens to another customer.
