Hi @seidenj, thank you for your quick reply. To answer your questions:   1."Now 105 and 106 are favorites....but so are 1005 and 1016 (king5 and kong on 4 digit channels). I exit, restart stream...all 4 still there. I never asked for those higher number favs. I proceed to "All Channels" again and remove 1005 and 1016 as favorites. Exit stream, re-enter and all favorites are gone...it took out 105/106 also." -- When a channel is selected/deselected as favorite, that action will be applied to all available watch options related to this channel (the SD/HD, inHome/TV Go), which explains why you have additional channels added or removed. However I will forward your feedback to the appropriate teams.   2. "So this time, starting over, I add 713 (ID) as a new fav. exit, re-enter...now 713 and 1444 are my favs. I go to the X1 main box. Go to fav channels and ONLY 713 is noted as a fav. I previously had about 40 channels set to fav.  I proceed to "all channels" on the X1 box, and all my original favorites are stilled "starred" as if they are favorites! ....so next I removed the 2 favs 713, 1444 from the office roku. Check the X1 box, and 713 was now removed, no favs. Icheck "all channels" and all my original channels are still "starred" as favs, but no channels display under "favs"! whew..... Hello @stevec3,   We are sorry that you have experienced these recurring failures these past two weeks.   We opened an investigation to figure out why this was occurring and found a surprising number of TVAPP-00231 errors - which is a buffering failure usually indicated by poor network connection. However, given the connection strength to your Roku, this may not have been the case for you.   We have recently made some improvements to our Roku App and player platforms that may have alleviated your issues. Our logs indicate that you have not seen any further buffering failures. Hi @xjimx, we have filed a ticket on this issue, and hope to resolve in an upcoming release. In the meantime, this has helped some customers resetting the clock: try turning off your TV, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then replugging the TV and powering it back on. ... View more

Unfortunately, this playback on Safari requires HDMI or Displayport connection. You may be required to try a different monitor or use a separate browser. ... View more

Hello,   We have recently updated our Web Application which transitions playback from Flash to HTML5.   HTML5 playback is not compatible with older Mac versions, requiring at least Mac OS 10.14.4 (this can be updated in the App Store) and Safari 12 or 13.   If you are experiencing trouble streaming to a second monitor or display, ensure that you are using HDMI, DisplayPort, or a certified Apple adapter as other connections may be unsupported for HTML5 playback.   Alternatively, you can try streaming from a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.   Thank you for your continued feedback and let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. ...
