App has to be currently open, otherwise will not notify of incoming calls. If app is open, it will receive calls.
This is a recent problem. I realized today I had not been receiving call notifications lately, played with it and found they ring only when app is in foreground.
I have Background App Refresh enabled because the app requests it.
Have restarted phone. Have logged out and then back in.

The 6.7.7, Jul 26, 2018 update you are referring to is in regards to the app not properly returning to the foreground and has been resolved.
The issue that you are currently having is known and at this time is considered to be working as intended. This feature will likely be fixed in future releases of the Xfinity Connect App.
i have a comcast triple play and my voice 2go appdoes not want me to make any call through cellular network it work on wifi and i am using tmobile apple 7 plus 10.3.1 is ios i see a red dot instead of green and i am getting a error code of 102902 call failure
We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time there is a known issue where T-Moblie customers may not be able to place an Xfinity Connect App call on that carrier's network. This should only be impacting iPhone users with iOS 10 or above. Remember, voice calls will still be available to T-Mobile customers via WiFi.
Our engineering teams are aware of this issue and are working diligently to get this resolved. As soon as there is an update or fix, we will be sure to update the forum with that information.

I have an open ticket with COMCAST, Xfinity VOICE2GO doesn't work completely with SAMSUNG GALAXY S8(even though phone is out in market for pretty long time as per standard of mobile industry).
I can make call but the party I am calling can't hear my voice, I can hear them but they can't hear me, my tickect is more than 1 month old still no result

The Xfinity Connect app was working great on my samsung j320V until I upgraded to android 7.1.1 on 11/21. Since then it works only when I have used the phone recently. I read where this issue was resolved on a Samsung S8 by changing the new battey saving settings. I have tried changing those settings and have reinstalled the app but it still quits working after the phone is idle for awhile. Perhaps I am doing something wrong. I know the settings are a little different on the Edge Vs. the J3. In any case I need some help as I have tried every thing I have read about. This app was a great help for us and would like to have it back.
