My on Demand is not working, I was able to use it a few days ago but not now, not able to get anything
Hi, buddyh48. It sounds like you have our older Legacy equipment, which is fine. You mentioned when you go to channel 1 (or press the On Demand button on your remote) you just get a blank black screen with no error message or error code, is that correct? Normally for something like that, you'd need to power cycle the box. You can unplug the power cord from the back of the box for a few seconds and then plug it back in. With Legacy equipment, the On Demand platform will take about 30 minutes to re-download. Once you've given it that amount of time, check back to see if you're still unable to get in. If you need further assistance beyond that, I'm happy to help! Also, as @MNtundraRET mentioned, checking our My Account app or logging into our website online should allow you to view any known service issues in your area. This sounds like it might be something more related to your premise/equipment though.
I was in the middle of watching The Hunger Games Series on OnDemand. I got through the first 3 movies with no problems but by the time I got the final movie (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2) I got error code XRE-07004 "Sorry, we're having some trouble. This program is not available to watch at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes." I have been trying to play it now for over 30 minutes and it's still not available. I even restarted my box to make sure that wasn't the issue. Please help me with this. Thank you.
PS: I found all 4 of the movies in the "Free To Me" section of OnDemand.
Information you may need: We only have 1 X1 box
NBC's Heroes season 1, episode 2: "Don't Look Back" is missing from On Demand and Xfinity Stream.
All other episode from all 4 seasons, and the entire series Heroes Reborn, are available on both platforms.
Please correct this oversight. Thanks.
I added HBO to my plan and attempted to watch an HBO series - but on screen message pops up saying we need to purchase EACH EPISODE for $1.99!!
Called Comcast Customer Service, the agent indicated, quote "that's an HBO policy and has nothing to do with Comcast". That's incorrect. From the Comcast website it states:
HBO® original series, hit movies and more
Immerse yourself in the best entertainment. Get unlimited access to HBO's huge library of the most addictive entertainment, all available through Xfinity On Demand. $15/Month
Nowhere on Comcast's On Demand ordering page - or the Customer Terms and Conditions - does it state that certain content is subject to a per episode fee, but it does state Get unlimited access to HBO's huge library so this is false advertising which Comcast needs to explain. In the mean time I have cancelled HBO.
The most recent new episodes of this show aren't available on demand. Can you fix this please? Thank you very much.
Season 4 Episode 3 of the Syfy series "Killjoys" (title: "Bro-d Trip" air date: 08/03/18) is missing from the On Demand list, although S.4 Ep.4 is already up.
I have been able to see that this is the case for both HD and SD, and both in X1 and "traditional" cable boxes.
Please have Syfy restore this episode. Thank you in advance!
