xfinity connectivity issues using netgear c7000v2 modem/router T3/T4 timeout issues

hello,

i am having some xfinity connectivity issues using netgear c7000v2 modem/router T3/T4 timeout issues.  Can someone please help?

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
