normal for Xfinity customers to have to reboot modem 4-5 times a day

I moved from ATT Uverse, and I am consistently having to reboot the modem. It goes offduring work conference calls- during Warrior Games- when I am using the Wifi Television boxes, etc etc

Terrible.

And when I try to contact them, I just talk to bots over and over again, which just tell me to reboot the modem.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
