I am having issues connecting to internet, I have exchanged the modem and reinstalled it. The internet connects for about 5 minutes at a time and then cuts out. i have also lost cable tv connectivity which says I have no connection to internet. I moved the modem to the Coax cable that comes into the house directly from the pole before any other equipment or splitters and I am having the same issue. I have an appointment scheduled for Saturday because they are saying they need to get in the house and that is the first available time I have when I am not at work. My point is if the connection doesn't work on the Coax coming into the house from the pole wouldn't the issue be outside? Why can't they send someone sooner to check the connection at the pole. Does that make sense or am I missing something.
